> Answers to common questions about how Tsenta finds jobs, applies for you, handles tailoring and pricing, and keeps you in control.

## Getting started & matches

    Tsenta brings jobs in from supported discovery sources, ranks them against your profile and preferences, and shows a match score in your feed. You can search and filter the feed, receive recommendations, or paste a supported job link to add a specific eligible role.

  <Accordion title="Do I have to pick every job myself?" icon="hand-pointer">
    In the standard flow, you choose a job from the feed or add a link, then Tsenta prepares and submits it using your settings. Resume auto-approval controls whether an optimized resume waits for review. **Auto Apply** is a separate Pro and Power feature offered during rollout; when enabled, it can select and submit eligible roles within the filters and daily limit you set.

## Applying

    A completed application keeps a record of what the workflow captured, which can include filled fields, generated answers, submitted documents, and the final result or confirmation. The detail varies by application system. You can review the record from your applications list.

  <Accordion title="Will recruiters know I used Tsenta?" icon="user-secret">
    Tsenta submits through the employer's standard application workflow and does not intentionally add a "sent by Tsenta" label. It cannot promise what an employer or application system may infer. Keep your profile accurate and review generated material when you want tighter control over what is sent.

    Tsenta recognizes application systems including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and many more. See [Supported application systems](/product/supported-job-boards) for the full list. Eligibility is checked for each role, so use the dashboard as the final answer for a specific job.

## Resume & tailoring

    When optimization is on, Tsenta compares the job description with the selected resume profile and prepares a tailored version. **Honest** mode rewords the information already in your profile; **Aggressive** mode rewrites more freely and can stretch a claim, so review it carefully. Set optimization to **Off** to submit the selected resume without AI rewriting. You're responsible for the final content sent to an employer.

    Yes. Tsenta supports multiple resume profiles — for example one for frontend roles and one for product roles — and you choose which is your default. See [Your profile & resume](/product/profile-and-resume#multiple-resume-profiles).

## Work authorization

    Add your work authorization and sponsorship needs to your profile so Tsenta can use them in matching and supported application questions. Employer wording and sponsorship policies vary, so review uncertain cases and do not treat a match as a guarantee that the company will sponsor you.

## Pricing

    Yes. A new account includes 25 successful applications without a card. Upgrade when you need a recurring allowance or paid-plan features.

  <Accordion title="What do I pay for?" icon="credit-card">
    Starter, Pro, and Power include 600, 1,500, and 4,500 successful applications per 30-day allowance cycle. A successful submission uses one application; failed or skipped attempts do not. The recurring allowance does not roll over. Auto Apply is available to eligible Pro and Power accounts during rollout. Check the pricing shown at checkout for the current billing options and terms.

    Yes. Share your personal referral link (in your settings). When a friend signs up through it **and makes their first paid purchase**, you both get 200 free applications. Note: creator and campus-ambassador links are a separate program that gives a checkout discount rather than bonus applications.

## Privacy & control

    Tsenta uses your profile and resume to find and apply to jobs, and never sells your personal information. Your application materials are shared with an employer when you submit or authorize Tsenta to submit an application, including through Auto Apply.   <Accordion title="Can I delete my account and data?" icon="trash">
    Yes. You can delete your account from account settings in the mobile app. If that control is unavailable or you cannot access your account, email [founders@tsenta.com](mailto:founders@tsenta.com) for help.
