# Tracking your applications

> See every application Tsenta sends, follow each one from applied to offer, and keep your whole pipeline in one place.

Sending applications is only half the job — keeping track of them is the other half. Tsenta records everything it sends and gives you a tracker to follow each application through to an outcome.

## Application receipts

Every completed Tsenta application keeps an **application record** you can review later. Depending on the application workflow, its trace can include:

* The **fields** that were filled in.
* The **answers** given to open-ended questions.
* The **resume and cover letter** that were sent.
* The final submission result or confirmation captured by the workflow.

Use this record to check what Tsenta prepared and captured for the role. The available detail depends on what the employer's application system exposes.

## The tracker

Open **Tracker** in the dashboard to see your pipeline as a board. Applications move through stages:

<CardGroup cols={3}>
  <Card title="Applied" icon="paper-plane" />

  <Card title="Interviewing" icon="comments" />

  <Card title="Offer" icon="circle-check" />

  <Card title="Rejected" icon="circle-xmark" />

  <Card title="Ghosted" icon="ghost" />
</CardGroup>

Drag a card from one column to the next as things progress, or update its status from the card itself. You can search your tracker by company to find a specific application fast.

<Note>
  Applications you send through Tsenta flow into your tracker automatically. While an application is being submitted, you'll see it as in-progress; once it's confirmed, it moves into your pipeline.
</Note>

### Pipeline flow

On the tracker, Tsenta also draws a **pipeline flow** chart — a visual of how your applications move from applied through interviews to offers and rejections. It's an at-a-glance read on how your search is actually going.

### Add applications you sent elsewhere

Your tracker can hold your whole search, not just what Tsenta sent:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Add one manually">
    Use **Add application** to log a role you applied to on your own — company, title, status, date, link, and notes.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import a spreadsheet">
    Use **Import CSV** to bring in applications you've been tracking elsewhere.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Your inbox

Tsenta gives your account a dedicated application inbox. Messages sent there can be classified as acknowledgments, interviews, assessments, offers, rejections, reminders, or verification messages and linked to the relevant application. You can read threads, search messages, view attachments when available, and reply from the inbox.

When a message is linked with high confidence, Tsenta may update the associated tracker status. You can always correct the status from the tracker.

<Note>
  Connecting your own Gmail or Outlook account is optional and is separate from the dedicated Tsenta inbox. See [Privacy & your data](/product/privacy-and-data#email-integration) for how Tsenta uses that connection to retrieve application passcodes.
