Application records

Open an application to check its current status and captured materials. A completed record can include filled fields, generated answers, the resume and cover letter, and the final submission result. Available detail varies by employer system. An application in progress is not a confirmed submission. Check its result before starting another attempt.

The tracker

Use Tracker to follow your search through applied, interviewing, offer, rejected, and ghosted stages. Move a card or edit its status as you hear from employers. Tsenta applications enter your tracker automatically. Use Add application for a role you applied to elsewhere, or Import CSV to bring in an existing spreadsheet. The tracker records your search; changing a tracker stage does not submit or cancel an employer application.

Your inbox

Your dedicated Tsenta inbox receives application-related messages. Tsenta can classify them, link them to an application, and update a tracker status when the match is sufficiently confident. You can read threads, search, view available attachments, and reply from the inbox. Correct a status manually if needed. A message missing from an application’s record may be unlinked rather than absent. Check the inbox too. Connecting your own Gmail or Outlook account is optional and separate from the dedicated inbox.
