Application receipts
Every application Tsenta submits produces a receipt you can review later. A receipt shows:- The fields that were filled in.
- The answers given to open-ended questions.
- The resume and cover letter that were sent.
- Confirmation that the application was submitted.
The tracker
Open Tracker in the dashboard to see your pipeline as a board. Applications move through stages:Applied

Applications you send through Tsenta flow into your tracker automatically. While an application is being submitted, you’ll see it as in-progress; once it’s confirmed, it moves into your pipeline.
Pipeline flow
On the tracker, Tsenta also draws a pipeline flow chart — a visual of how your applications move from applied through interviews to offers and rejections. It’s an at-a-glance read on how your search is actually going.Add applications you sent elsewhere
Your tracker can hold your whole search, not just what Tsenta sent:Add one manually
Use Add application to log a role you applied to on your own — company, title, status, date, link, and notes.
Your inbox
Recruiter replies don’t have to live in a separate, overflowing email account. Tsenta can route recruiter emails back to the right application, so your responses, interview requests, and updates line up with the jobs they belong to — turning your inbox into a pipeline you can actually read.To connect your email so Tsenta can keep your applications in sync, see Privacy & your data. Tsenta only uses the minimum access needed and you can disconnect at any time.
