- Add funds to your wallet and pay for each extra application.
- Upgrade to a bigger plan for a larger monthly allowance.
Add funds to your wallet
The wallet lets you pay per application, on top of your plan.- Price: 10 cents per application. $20 adds 200 applications and $60 adds 600.
- Amount: any amount from $5 to $500 per top-up.
- No expiry: wallet credits never expire.
- When they are used: on a paid plan, your monthly allowance is used first. Wallet credits are used only after it runs out.
- Only successful applications count: if an application fails, its credit goes back to your wallet automatically.
How to add funds
- Sign in to Tsenta on the web.
- Go to Settings, then Plans & billing.
- Below your plan, select Add funds. The Buy more applications section opens and shows your wallet balance.
- Enter an amount. Tsenta shows how many applications you get and the exact charge.
- Select Add funds and complete checkout.
Who can add funds
Adding funds needs an active paid plan.- Subscribed on the web: add funds as above.
- Subscribed in the iPhone or Android app: you can add funds too. Sign in on the web with the same account and follow the steps above. The mobile app does not sell top-ups.
- Free plan: subscribe to a paid plan first.
- Last payment failed: fix the payment first, then add funds. For a web subscription, update your payment method in Plans & billing. For an App Store or Google Play subscription, update it in the store.
Credit packs
Tsenta no longer sells fixed credit packs. The wallet replaced them. If you bought a credit pack before, its remaining credits are in your wallet balance and still never expire.Upgrade your plan
If you use your whole allowance most months, a bigger plan costs less per application than the wallet. If you are already on the biggest plan, add funds to your wallet.- Go to Settings, then Plans & billing.
- Select Change plan and pick a plan with more applications per month.
